What do thoughts have to do with our wellness an achieving our goals?? EVERYTHING, because everything starts in the mind. The things that we're going through the things that were still holding on to as early as infancy, knowingly and know create how we respond & navigate in constantly occurring experiences. And yes, thoughts can pop up years later.   You are on a road trip in the beautiful Pacific NW, the breeze is warm, sun is out and as you drive and ( in my case are car dancing) you acknowledge the scenery, yet it passes by.  Live life like it's passing through you right?  We are the experiencers of our hearts; we are not our hearts.  Those blockages block progression, stay centered behind them and let them go. It's a nonlinear process and takes time!
