Overview of Plan


Step 1-Eliminate Inflammatory Foods

In step one, elimination of the top 5 culprits: gluten, soy, sugar, dairy and corn are removed from the diet, as well as adding in foods and regimens which start healing the body and preparing for better digestion.


Step 2-Kill off Intruders

In step two, we will focus on attacking culprits such as fungas, candida and other bacteria.


Step 3-A New & Improved Gut

In step three, we focus on sealing up the gut to create an environment for better absorption
