Embodyed Wellness’s Policies
Initial 30 minute consultation is free to determine if services are a fit for both parties
Consultations typically last 30-45 minutes.
Coaching and training session payments require payment prior to first session.
Event consultation and coordination, worksite wellness programming, and marketing and communications contract payments are due as outlined per project.
Payment may be made with check, Paypal, Square or Wix site. All payment modes may receive printed or electronic receipt of payment.
Sessions and packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire within 3-months of purchase.
Sessions may be frozen for medical purposes only and require medical documentation. Frozen sessions will be held for six (6) months, after which time any remaining sessions will become invalid unless new medical documentation is received.
Cancellation and Tardiness Policy
Your health is our priority, please make it your priority. We are reasonable and understand circumstances arise that occasionally require an appointment cancellation or reschedule. As well, our goals include encouraging you to be accountable to your commitments.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.
1st cancel without 24-hour notice: 'Grace' session
2nd cancel without 24-hr notice: One full session forfeit
3rd cancel without 24-hr notice: One full session forfeit and re-evaluation whether the wellness plan is suited for you
No-show: One full session forfeit
In the event of an emergency or sudden illness, 24-hour notice is waived.
Client will not be charged if coach is unable to make appointment due to emergency, bad weather, or traffic.
Please be on time or coaching sessions. If there is no communication a client arrives late, the time will be deducted, and the session will end at original start time. If you are more than 15-minutes late to a session without communication, the session will be forfeited.
In case of an emergency, the amount of time will be added for an extended session.
